What hours is Classic Beauty open?
We are open Monday from 9:00am to 4:30pm. From Tuesday to Friday we are open from 8:30am to 6:00pm. We are closed on weekends.

Will I be treated by professional therapists?
Yes, all members of our staff are fully qualified and knowledgeable in the treatments that you will receive from them.

What if I am not satisfied with my treatment?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with any aspect of your treatment, at our discretion we will refund the cost of the treatment or redo it at no additional cost to you.

Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, especially between 11:30am and 2:00pm. A telephone number must be provided in case we need to contact you about your appointment.

Where exactly is the Classic Beauty salon located?
Our salon is located in the office block at 5 Hunter Street, which is near the corner of George and Hunter Streets, above the Hunter Street exit of Wynyard Station. Take the lift to level 3 and we are directly on your left.
